Abstract
Modern school system is the concept of constantly enrich,update and develop in practice.From the viewpoint of system theory,the characteristics of the modern school system should be in a dynamic equilibrium state of mutually unified and mutual restraint,it's embodied in: the unity of autonomy and democracy,the unity of human nature and opening,the unity of science and development,the unity of ecological and harmon.Combined with the implementation process of the education system,the article discussed the macro environment and micro measures of the establishment of the modern school system from the four dimensions united with the implementation of the education system,then provide value trends guidance and reflection for the development of the theory research and practice areas of the modern school system.
