Abstract
An audible signal and text, graph, picture,cartoon, video frequency is one of important multimedia characteristic. This paper commences from the basic characteristic of voice, introducing a relevant audio to compress coding of knowledge and technique parameter, and discussed development present condition and foreground of digital audio, introduced MPEG-1 audio standard and Dolby AC technology.
