Abstract
Objective:To optimize the water extraction process of chlorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae. Methods:The extraction process of chlorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae was optimized by orthogonal test, the extracting rate of chlorogenic acid as index and ultraviolet spectrophotometry as detection method. Results:The optimum extraction condition was:the particle size of medicinal substances was 60 screen meshes,15 fold water(pH=4)marinated 3 times at 70℃,and 1h each time. Conclusions:This method is easy to operate, has better reproducible and high extracting rate of chlorogenic acid.
