Abstract

VRML is a kind of Modeling Language that can be used for desk virtual reality system constructing.The paper firstly introduces VRML briefly,and then discusses some methods such as modeling of geometry,displaying of Chinese characters,assembling of scenes and so on.All those are explained by an example -Natong University 3D virtual campus.Files of 3D scene constructing by VRML is so short that they are fit for transferring on Internet.VRML has strong vitality and will affects the next generation Internet.
