Abstract

This paper probes into the problem of the nature of the copyright in the digitalization of collected resources and the network transmission service in the construction of the digital library,analyzes on some problems faced by the rational utilization system in the copyright law existing in the construction of the digital library,and puts forward some suggestions on the protection of the copyright.
