Abstract
In SIEMENS PLC communication system,to conquer the defect of realizing MODBUS RTU slave protocol communication with hardware drive,a non-driver communication of MODBUS RTU slave protocol is proposed.STEP 7 program based on the MODBUS RTU message format was taken to realize the non-driver communication of MODBUS RTU slave protocol on the basis of ASCII communication mode of CP341 point-to-point communication module.The design of data communication program between CP341 and DCS is discussed.In a practical communication system,PLC with MODBUS RTU slave protocol is connected to DCS.Compared with the use of MODBUS RTU protocol conversion card,software programming has strong flexibility and generalization.
