Abstract

Objective:To study optimal cast in angles of metal liquid dring hyperspeed centrifugal force casting. Methods:Various cast in rates of different casting angles were studed by using of spiral shafted molds. Results:The cast in rates of casting molds were higher at 45° to 60° degree angles than those of other angles. Conclusion:The best optimal cast in angle of metal liquid is 45° to 60° degree dring hyperspeced centrifugal force casting.
