Abstract
This paper analysis the shortcomings of the traditional globe valve.On this basis,it introduces a new kind of globe valve with the pilot ball valve,analyses the design feature and operational principle.Meanwhile,it shows the test of the valve's performance with experimental facilities.Finally sums up the characteristics of this type of valve.
