Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of c-creative protein(CRP) on differentiation and treatment acute respiratory infection in children. Methods The CRP value in serum of respiratory infection group and control group (normal children) was examined respectively. Results (1) The serum CRP positive rate in acute respiratory infection group was much higher than those in control group with a significant difference (P0.01). (2)The CRP value reduced rapidly in recovery phase of disease. Conclusion The serum CRP test plays an important role in differentiating bacteria infection from virus infection and estimating therapeutic effect in acute respiratory infection in children.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
