Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of biochemical rodenticide poison bait against rodents in different field and ecological environment. Methods Compared the density of rats by tracking powder method in rooms and trapnight method in field compared the palatability by the decrease of poison bait. Results Efficiency was 79.53% for nature rodents control in the field. It is better than bromadiolone with a palatability 0.51. Conclusion The palatability was better. This formulation could reduce the density of rodents.
