Abstract
Takes finite element theory in researching the thermoelastic issue due to frictional heat generated in the process high speed engine braking system.Established three dimensional entity model of brake disc with Pro/E software, and introduced it into ANSYS software for the establishment of three dimensional finite element model of brake disc.Established mathematical model of heat transfer and coupled constitutive model of thermoelastic based on thermodynamic theory.Considered the impact due to the change of heat flux and heat transfer coefficient over time in virtual simulation process, thus educed the changeable temperature field and stress field over time.Brake disc will reach the max temperature 121℃ at 20s and reach the max stress 210MPa at 10s after started.
