Ecological Service Value Accounting Used in Land Use Planning of Rapid Urbanization Area: A Case of Beibei District in Chongqing Municipality

The current value of ecosystem services is one of the hotspots of ecological research.The purpose of this study focused on ecosystem service value accounting in rapidly urbanized area and the use in the land use plan.The changes of ecosystem service value and the development between ecosystem and economy were explored.The results showed that 1) the individual ESV showed a decreasing trend in all kinds of ecosystem function.The change of ecosystem service value mainly occurred from 2006 to 2010;2) the economic,ecological development,ecological service value of study area continued to reduce;3) the ecosystem service value should be maintained above 0.25 billion yuan.According the analysis above,we suggest that in order to ease the problem of ecosystem service value,the government and the public should optimize land use structure,and focus on coordinated development of economy and ecology,and realize sustainable development of land use.
