Abstract
After analyzing the stacker in automated high-rise warehouse used in complex network system,a computer control model is put forward.The configuration software and PLC technique are adopted to realize the real-time monitoring for these (typical) equipments,the data exchanging with the universal database and the data sharing in different layers of the modern logistic system.A kind of stacker control system that stacker confirms its site and adjustment velocity automatically was proposed and it is used to control the stacker walking mechanism of narrow-aisle stacker crane.
