Abstract
The book Lao Zi has originally natural literary grace and far-reaching charm and interest which can both be appreciated as literary work and be read as philosophical work.This paper tries to reveal the deep philosophical connotation behind Lao Zi by explaining and discussing existence and non-existence which are a pair of important concepts in the book.
