Abstract

Objective :To mana ge the methods of treatment of fracture of tibial plateau.Method:To analyze and summary with review for treatmant of fracture of tibial plateau of 39 cases.Result:35 cases for follow-up in 39 cases of tibial ptateau.the eva luation of knee joint function recovery was based on KDLMERT standard in 30 cases of the recovery of knee joint function was excellent (85.7%), whereas the re covery was poor in 5 cases(14.3%). Conclusion:We assume that differente fracture of tibiac pla teau type making different operation methods, It is the key that increase the operation effection which diagnosis and treatment in right for compound injury and take exercise for function in right .
