Abstract
Objective:A capillary GC method was established for the determination of α-pinene,(+) borneol, (-) borneol in Bingqiao Oil.Methods:The solution was diluted by ethyl acetate, introduced into GC by split injec- tion, and then separated by DB-1 capillary eolumn (30m×0.32mm × 0.25 μm).Results:The average recovery of α-pinene,(+) borneol,(-) horneol were 102%,100%,101% (RSD were less than 1% ,n=6),respectively. The repeatability RSD were less thanl % (n=6).Conclution :The method can accurately determine contents of α- pinene,(+)borneol,(-)borneol in Bingqiao Oil.
