Leisure Sports and Recreation to Aesthetics

Abstract

The article interprets the concept of and aesthetics firstly;based on these two concepts it draws the conclusion that people can realize beauty in leisure activities.Then it discusses the connotation and characteristics of leisure sports and recreation.Combining it with the aesthetics,it has the conclusion that leisure sports and recreation is an important approach to achieve beauty.Finally,it indicates that only when leisure sports and recreation is led by the aesthetics,can it overcome its existing weak points and have a bright future.
