Abstract
Objective:To determine whether there is apoptosis in cerebral cortical cells of the neonate pigs with hypoxia-ischemia(HI)injury.Methods:We have abserved the DNA Ladderby gel electrophoresis and the apoptosis rate of cerebral cortical cells via flow cytometry. Results:The results showed the apoptosis ratio of cerebral cortical cells in left frontotemporal corticocerebrum 72hr post asphyxia was higher than control group(n=15,12;means%)=26181635,323293;1).Conclusion:It suggest that apoptosis of cerbral cortical cells plays an important role in the delayed cerebral damage of the neonates post HI.
