Integrated strategy for R&D innovation evaluation and protection of achievements

With the development of science and technology,evaluation of innovation and protection of achievements become an important content of science and technology management,issues of intellectual property rights become the focus of concern.Moreover,the integration of intellectual property rights and technology evaluation system is the inevitable trend of future development of intellectual property.This article focuses on the protection of intellectual property and the evaluation of technology innovation achievements of our country,proposes some countermeasures to perfect the evaluation system of achievements in scientific and technological innovation,and the methods to strengthen the dual management of intellectual property rights and innovation of science and technology.
