The Knowledge Economy and the Reform of Higher Educational Sytsem

If qualified personnel is the heart of the knowledge economy,innovation is its soul.Only when the scientific and cultural quality is raised and qualified personnel with innovative ability is trained can we face the defiance of the knowledge economy.Because the traditional system of higher education,esp.the system of college raising and management cannot provide the personnel for the knowledge economy,the pace of reforming the higher education should be quickened.The adequate system of higher education to the time of the knowledge economy should be gradually set up.
