The report in the 17th National People's Congress of the CPC has the saying of Promoting and developing the Chinese culture to construct the spiritual home owned by the Chinese nation,which has great significance in the construction of socialist culture.For thousands of years the Chinese culture has been the root and spiritual home owned by the Chinese nation,greatly wide and unique in the world.The spiritual home is the end-result of human thoughts.The spiritual home is the practical demands of the Chinese culture.
