Reconstruction of School Management System in the New Age

Abstract

With the development and change of the society and updating of the modern educational concept,the construction of school management system lags relatively behind.Under the guidance of humanistic thought,school management system can be rebuilt in the new age by strengthening administration of school culture and developing the school-based research,so that the construction of school management system can match with the modern educational situation and further improve the connotation of school development and promote development process.
