Abstract

With China抯 entry to the WTO and stepping into the 21st century, the competition among different colleges or universities will be more intensive .According to history and realism, the level of science and research is a key factor for measuring the status of the comprehensive power of one抯 colleges or universities. However, nowadays the power of science and research of colleges or universities in China is still poor .Based on the bad situation, the paper tries to points out that 搕hreecarriage?must run together in order to advance the comprehensive power of one抯 colleges or universities.
