On the Function of the Criminal Law to Safeguard the Criminal Procedure Law

Abstract

Criminal Procedure Law has the function of safeguarding the enforcement of Criminal law.On the other hand,the Criminal Law has the function of safeguarding the enforcement of the Criminal Procedure Law.It has both theoretical and pratical value to understand the function the Criminal Law has to safeguard the enforcement of the Criminal Procedure Law.
