Abstract

There are the assumption in some textbooks that ideal gas polytropic process can be replaced by arbitrary process.According to the analysis of ideal gas polytropic process,thought that the ideas in those textbooks is inappropriate,and the ideal gas polytropic process only is one exception of arbitrary process.
