General Strategy for Urban and Rural Passenger Transport Integration in China Based on Classified Promotion

The article expounded the concept and connotation of urban and rural passenger transport integration,summarized four kinds of current domestic development patterns to promote urban and rural passenger transport integration,analyzed the main problems existing in the development and the reasons,and put forward the guiding ideology,principle and advance mode to promote integrated passenger transport in urban and rural areas.From the levels of central and local governments,we put forward the relevant policies and measures for speeding up the process of urban and rural passenger transport integration,which provided theoretical basis and a reference for decision-making.
