Research on Coordinative Urban-Rural Development of Chongqing City

As a young municipality with coexistence of large cities and countries,large mountain areas and reservation areas,Chongqing embodied typical urban-rural dual structure and unbalanced urban-rural economy and society.Chongqing was approved officially as the comprehensive reform pilot area of National Urban and Rural by the State Council in June 2007.Based on the connotation of coordinative urban-rural development,the paper firstly analized background situation of Chongqing City.Then it proposed four major problems existing.The paper discussed coordinative urban-rural development strategies of Three Methods into One Objective,which help to promote urbanization,indusrialization and coordinative urban-rural development.Finally,it arrived at five reforming measures to promote coordinative urban-rural development,including registering system,land system,communication of rural elements,social ensurance and housing ensurance patterns.
