Analysis on Formation Mechanism of Contradiction Between Coal and Electric Power Industries in China

For a long time,there was a big contradiction between the coal and electric power industrial relationship and there was an endless argument on high or low of the steam coal price,the electricity supply price for the national grid and the electricity sales price.The analysis showed that under the economic increasing mode relying on resources,the Government would encourage to create a GDP effect with a depressed coal price.The high centralization of the electric power industry would have more influences in the three side game with the coal industry and the Government.The approval system of the electricity price restricted the play of the market system role.These analyses explained the deep causes of the contradiction between the coal industry and the electric power industry and the paper pointed out the selection of the reform access.
