Abstract

Objective: Ca,P,Cu,K,Fe,Na,Mn,Zn,Mg,Sn,Si and Ti in Mongolian Drug Eridun-Wurile,Ami Bierigeqi-11 and Garidi-13 were determined. Methods: Wet digestion procedure was applied under optimized conditions for digesting Mongolian Drug,Element concentrations were determined by ICP-AES. Results: The result indicated that Mongolian Drug were abundant in constant and trace element contents in the human body, the average recoveries for all elements were 92.4% to 106.3% under optimum experiment condition. Conclusion: Conbining the wet digestion technology with the ICP-AES,There were a lot of merits of time-saving,reduces effort, small environmental pollution, fast and accurate determination result in determining constant and trace elements.
