Higher vocational education is an essential part of higher education.It plays an unreplaceable role in the process of carrying out the strategy for flourishing our country by development of science and education and building socialism with Chinese characteristics.The establishment of the system for training creative talents of higher vocational education is the key and important guarantee to achieve the goal of higher vocational education.
