Abstract
Based on the virtual prototype technology,solid modeling of the RV reducer is built in Pro/E software kinematics,and dynamics simulation are carried out in ADAMS.The reducer 's displacement,angular acceleration,and the motion curve of crank shaft and cycloid gear,the engagement force between cycloidal gear and pin gear and the simultaneous meshing tooth number were obtained.The simulation data is compared with the theoretical calculation.The results prove the validity of the virtual prototype modeling method.
