Abstract

The rising of the knowledge-based firm theory has its theoretical and practical background.Positive profit,characteristics of knowledge and learning activities are the cognitional bases of the theory.Compared with former firm theories,the knowledge-based firm theory brings forth many new ideas to the understanding of the basic theoretical problems.
