On the Comparison of Subprime Crisis and Other Major Financial Crisis

Subprime crisis escalates sharply through out the world,and has profound impacts on both the economic fundamentals and financial markets.This paper compared the subprime crisis with US savings and loans crisis,Nordic banking crisis,the Great depression and Japan banking crisis in 90s.By comparison and contrast, this paper concluded with lessons of government bailout measures from historical experiences.
