Research on Procedural Guarantee of Citizens' Rights

With the rise of humanism,pecple are paying increasing attention to procedural guarantee of citizens' rights.In the state of natural small-scale peasant economy,China lays emphasis on the whole society and substance,and neglects individual rights and procedure.The publicity principle,participation principle,and neutrality and equality principle of procedure can guarantee citizens' rights.In China,there isn't an advanced procedure law and people can't fully understand the value of procedure.To protect citizens' rights,priority should be given to procedure and procedure law should be perfected.
