Abstract
with the development of internet,college students cannot study or live without network.Internet has been influencing the cultivation of college students' morality imperceptibly.How to avoid internet's negative effects and make sure college students can cultivate virtues has become a major topic for ideological and political work in university.It can serve as guidance for cyber ethic education to lay out effective relevant strategies.
