Abstract
The ALT(accelerated life test) condition matrix is listed. The maximum likelihood estimate(MLE) method of parameters based on Arrhenius-Weibull model is put forward on the basis of analyzing the disadvantage of the 2-step analysis method, which can directly estimate the parameters of accelerated stress-life model and suitable to the implementation of software. The validity of accelerated life model and the feasibility of this method are verified by analyzing concrete testing results and V type data combination results for cylinders and estimating parameters related. The V type test model is put forward so as to decrease the ALT life time and reduce cost.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
