Progress in Interleukin and Pathogenesis of Asthma

Abstract
Bronchial asthma is a chronic pulmonary inflammatory disease,involving various cells and cytokines.The pathogenesis of asthma is not unclear yet.It is currently recognized that the imbalance of Thl/Th2 response and consequent excessive activation of Th2 cells are one of the important mechanisms of immunology.Now we review the role new interleukins play in the pathogenesis of asthma in these years and the effects of interleukins on the occurrence and development of asthma,helpful for the clinical practice of asthma.
