Abstract

Higher alcohol acrylic esters were synthesized and polymerized with maleic anhydride and styrene to prepare the oil retarding agent A,next the product A was aminolyzed into the oil retarding agent B by high alkyl amines. When agents A and B were added to crude oil at Dagang oil field that a concentrations of 2×10 -4 respectively, the crude oil freezing point was lowered by 7℃ and 20℃ respectively. They had similar effect at Renqiu and Daqing in the meantime, the reaction conditions of the polymerization and the aminolyzation were studied,it was observed that when their molar ratio was 9∶1∶1 and the aminolyzation was proceeded at 80℃ for 7 hours, the retarding result was the best.
