Abstract

In this paper,the structure and unique doping mechanism of polyaniline are briefly introduced and the preparation methods of novel polyaniline derivatives such as soluble polyaniline,nano-structured polyaniline and polyaniline composites are respectively described in detail.The solubility of polyaniline can be improved by modifying its unit structure,colloid particle method,doping polyaniline by functional protonic acid and composite method;nano-structured polyaniline can be made by 'rapid mixture',ultrasonic method,static-state interfacial polymerization,positive micro-emulsion polymerization,nano-reactor method and template polymerization;polyaniline/inorganic nanocomposite can be prepared by polyaniline precursor method,intercalation polymerization,template method,inorgnic precursor method,and the method of directly combining polyaniline and inorganics;and the methods of preparing polyaniline/polymer composites consist of in-situ emulsion polymerization,adsorption polymerization,copolymerization and blending method.Finally,the problems and gap of the present domestic research are put forth and the development prospect is expected.
