A Study on How to Solve "Difficult Employment" Puzzle of Higher Vocational Colleges and Vocational College Students

Abstract

Nowadays,the puzzle because of various reasons leading to difficult recruitment and employment affects higher vocational graduates' employment,in the face of increasingly fierce employment competition situation.Enterprises put forward higher requirements for higher vocational students.This paper discusses in the new employment situation,from the point of view of higher vocational colleges and higher vocational graduates,how to comprehensively enhance the quality in order to meet the needs of enterprises.
