Abstract
It is not suitable for the traditional method to design the headlamp of automotive with a great extent. The multi-surface reflector light distribution has become a trend of technology. This paper introduced algorithmic method of light distribution design with the help of light distribution calculation and illumination of test points. It gave the detail about Ray Tracing and point by point arithmetic, presented a design tactic of multi-surface reflector.
