THOUGHT ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF NOISE POLLUTION PREVENTION LEGISLATION IN CHINA

Abstract

Apart from waste water,gas and residue,noise has become the forth pollution.Just as any other pollutions,noise can cause heavy damages to the production and the living of human being.The present situation of the noise pollution in China is analyzed in this paper,and the problems in the legislation on noise pollution prevention as well.Using the legislation of other countries as reference,some suggestions on the improvement of noise pollution prevention in China are put forward in this paper.
