Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in chocolate cyst. Methods 101 patients with chocolate cysts need to remove the line surgery were randomly divided into two groups: the laparoscopic group(51 cases) and open surgery group(50 cases). The postoperative and follow-up of the indicators were observed. Results Surgical operative time, blood loss, postoperative discharge time, postoperative morbidity, hospital stay and postoperative symptom relief rate of the laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that of the laparotomy group(P0.05).Compared the recurrence rate of the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery of chocolate cyst removed with less trauma, less bleeding, rapid postoperative recovery, etc.,is an ideal surgical method.
