Abstract
Exact formula?about how the accuracy of Periodic measurement affect the moment of inertia?is deduced,Pointed out that literature[1]gives the relative error of inertia formula is obtained under very special conditions,and can only give the minimum error.Therefore,measurement error should not be used as the basis for calculating.Error of the calculated values ?given in the text is more in line with experimental results than the values calculated in Literature[1].
