Abstract

This paper makes numerical analysis of N2's discharge process,establishes fluid model of N2 streamer discharge by adopting particle's continuity equation together with coupling Poisson equation,solves the model by applying finite element and obtains dynamic characteristic of plate-electrode(interval is 5mm) N2,streamer discharge.
