Abstract
Terrorism is a major threat to international security and order.At present,China also faces the real threats of terrorism such as Tibet independence and East Turkistan.China's anti-terrorism legislation is still relatively weak compared to the major countries in the world.In this paper put forward policy recommendations such as setting up the Anti-Terrorism Act, scientific definition of terrorism and its related concepts,improving the prevention of terrorism laws system and strengthen the building of national counter-terrorism organizations,the additional crime of terrorism-related offences,the implementation of torture policy for terrorism,improve the procedures for counter-terrorism laws,regulations,and so on.
