Abstract
The degradation and final residue of pyridaben in citrus and soil were studied by the method of methanol extraction,Al_2O_3 column purification, and GC-ECD detection. The recovery rate of this method ranged from 80.98% to 100.78% with variation coefficient of 1.53%-4.51%.The final residue of pyridaben in full fruit 14 d after the last spraying was below 0.004 mg/kg.The half-lives of pyridaben in citrus peel and soil were 7.17-10.31 d and 5.16-11.55 d,respectively.
