Reform and Practice on Coal Mine Professional Talents Training Mode

With the rapid development of science and technology,in the face of coal green mining and the use of clean development requirements,in the face of coal mine safety accidents,serious waste of coal resources,and ineffective use of coal associated minerals,it's quite necessary and urgent to cultivate a number of coal mine professional talents to meet the need of the development of coal mine production.Xi'an University of Science and Technology,as a major coal mining institute,still undertakes the historic responsibility of China's coal industry development,western region economy development of China and cultivating talents for coal industry.Based on the deep analysis of the present situation of the coal industry personnel training,the coal industry chain and demands for technical professionals,the paper puts forward such measures of optimizing the coal mine main professional settings,innovating professional talent training mode,optimizing training programs and practicing the reform of school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode.By years of practice and verification,good results have been achieved.
