Abstract
Objective To study the surgical procedures for obstruction at ureteropelvic junction.Methods 25 cases of obstruction at ureteroplvic junction were treated with open surgery.Continuous pyeloplasty and Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty.Results Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty is more effective than continuous pyeloplasty.Conclusion AndersonHynes pyeloplasty is considered an ideal operative procedure for the treatment of obstruction at ureteropelvic junction.
