Abstract
'Jinyou No.1' and 'Chun No.4' cucumber cultivars were used as materials to study the effects of different water stress on physiological indexes of cucumber seedlings, and to provide theoretical basis for research on drought-resistance mechanism and cultivation of cucumber. The results showed that with the increase of water stress, the content of chlorophyll a,the content of chlorophyll b and the content of chlorophyll a+b decreased, while the relative conductivity,MDA content, soluble sugar content, proline content and SOD activity tended to rise. The resistances of the two varieties were in the order of 'Jinyou No.1''Chun No.4'.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
